I am still being stalked

It's been over a year since Investigator Richard C. Tracy told me I was being stalked inside the AG's lobby.

After reading the report on Nina Obukhov, I don't feel safe. Especially since I'm still being stalked.

I have mailed in letters addressed to AG Foster in reference to Michael Bedard terrorizing me just 3 months prior to Nina Obukhov's murder. As outlined in this blog, Michael Bedard and Jerome Hill confessed to terrorizing me.  What I've been asking myself over and over is WHY did Jerome Hill run after me to the back of the house, out of street view??

They were surrounding me. Jerome Hill covered the back door while Michael Bedard was covering the front. If I tried to run out, one or the other would have been there to greet me.

To this day, Michael Bedard and Jerome Hill haven't been charged, due to Lauren Noether preventing those charges.  Currently, Lauren Noether is running a scam pretending she's still a Sr. Asst. AG....which she filed a complaint in Carroll County Superior Court....although there is no open case within the DOJ's system.

Recently, Vin and I had taken a look in the file, and there is a letter from Michael Bedard requesting a copy of the audio from the December 15, 2015 hearing.  So, I'm obviously feeling threatened.

I am being repeatedly stalked

On 4/22/15 Investigator Richard Tracy threatened me, told me I was being stalked, while concealing a death threat made against me on 10/24/13 during a Water Well Board meeting at NH DES.

All following being terrorized by Attorney Michael Bedard of the Legal Connection, and Jerome Hill of A-Bee septic systems.

Michael Bedard sent Jerome Hill to the back of the house, out of street view. Took me a while to realize, because I couldn't understand why Jerome Hill had to go to the Back of the house when he was standing by the front door....They were Surrounding me.

Three months before Nina Obukhov and her two little girls were murdered recycling Michael Bedard's own words.

LAUREN NOETHER IS NOW A "COMMISSIONER"

Even the Commissioner needs Approval of the Governor and Council, LOL.

  However, this Court Order does not replace the position of the Governor of NH and Executive Council. Lauren Noether does not have their Approval, and since we were told on April 22, 2016 that Lauren Noether is no longer there, as well as Job Position 9U225 no longer existing, we can get a sense of how people get scammed.

Lauren Noether has no immunity.  Well, the Court Order and additional Documents will be handed over to the Attorney. Because I have had more than enough of this crap.

Wetland's Permit 2014-06130

Well, I was searching thru 3 years of permits that were submitted to the Executive Council for approval. I cannot find any approval for the permit issued by NH DES 2014-06130

Three Years worth of approvals Even prior to 2014, I searched and searched and searched.  I searched so many different ways. I'm seeing permits being received and not approved for like, 6 months. Then going before the Executive Council.  I just can't find one for this particular permit. 

I'm sure it's just an error or something. It's not as if I don't already know NH DES Staff like Rene Pelletier, Rick Schofield, Richard de Seve (thinks he's thug, and scumming $12K from Nate and Jenny Chartier while collecting samples on Kevin Guay's septic system, committing fraud, extortion, and he's just a gross LIAR) Robert Tardif, who likes to engage in falsifying information in order to carry out a conspiracy to defraud, amongst other crimes.  I just saw Tardif in court with Lauren Noether on 2/25/16.  Nice guy LOL.

Maybe it's just an error or something.  But if it's not, I'm thinking Investigator Richard Tracy and his bffl Homicide Prosecution Unit Assistant AG John J. Kennedy should be on the list as having discoverable information.
 

Let's ask Lauren Noether where the $11K is

Here's the customer's copy of the payment Lauren Noether's bffl Michael Bedard's clients allegedly paid on an $11K fine owed on a fine action issued by NH DES AF 12-008.

I asked for the accounting copies. The copies to show that the $7K had been paid in 2013. I get this.

Let's ask Lauren Noether where the $11K is, since she claimed in a letter addressed to me that they don't keep copies of checks. LOL.
