I am still being stalked

It's been over a year since Investigator Richard C. Tracy told me I was being stalked inside the AG's lobby.

After reading the report on Nina Obukhov, I don't feel safe. Especially since I'm still being stalked.

I have mailed in letters addressed to AG Foster in reference to Michael Bedard terrorizing me just 3 months prior to Nina Obukhov's murder. As outlined in this blog, Michael Bedard and Jerome Hill confessed to terrorizing me.  What I've been asking myself over and over is WHY did Jerome Hill run after me to the back of the house, out of street view??

They were surrounding me. Jerome Hill covered the back door while Michael Bedard was covering the front. If I tried to run out, one or the other would have been there to greet me.

To this day, Michael Bedard and Jerome Hill haven't been charged, due to Lauren Noether preventing those charges.  Currently, Lauren Noether is running a scam pretending she's still a Sr. Asst. AG....which she filed a complaint in Carroll County Superior Court....although there is no open case within the DOJ's system.

Recently, Vin and I had taken a look in the file, and there is a letter from Michael Bedard requesting a copy of the audio from the December 15, 2015 hearing.  So, I'm obviously feeling threatened.

I am being repeatedly stalked

On 4/22/15 Investigator Richard Tracy threatened me, told me I was being stalked, while concealing a death threat made against me on 10/24/13 during a Water Well Board meeting at NH DES.

All following being terrorized by Attorney Michael Bedard of the Legal Connection, and Jerome Hill of A-Bee septic systems.

Michael Bedard sent Jerome Hill to the back of the house, out of street view. Took me a while to realize, because I couldn't understand why Jerome Hill had to go to the Back of the house when he was standing by the front door....They were Surrounding me.

Three months before Nina Obukhov and her two little girls were murdered recycling Michael Bedard's own words.

LAUREN NOETHER IS NOW A "COMMISSIONER"

Even the Commissioner needs Approval of the Governor and Council, LOL.

  However, this Court Order does not replace the position of the Governor of NH and Executive Council. Lauren Noether does not have their Approval, and since we were told on April 22, 2016 that Lauren Noether is no longer there, as well as Job Position 9U225 no longer existing, we can get a sense of how people get scammed.

Lauren Noether has no immunity.  Well, the Court Order and additional Documents will be handed over to the Attorney. Because I have had more than enough of this crap.

Wetland's Permit 2014-06130

Well, I was searching thru 3 years of permits that were submitted to the Executive Council for approval. I cannot find any approval for the permit issued by NH DES 2014-06130

Three Years worth of approvals Even prior to 2014, I searched and searched and searched.  I searched so many different ways. I'm seeing permits being received and not approved for like, 6 months. Then going before the Executive Council.  I just can't find one for this particular permit. 

I'm sure it's just an error or something. It's not as if I don't already know NH DES Staff like Rene Pelletier, Rick Schofield, Richard de Seve (thinks he's thug, and scumming $12K from Nate and Jenny Chartier while collecting samples on Kevin Guay's septic system, committing fraud, extortion, and he's just a gross LIAR) Robert Tardif, who likes to engage in falsifying information in order to carry out a conspiracy to defraud, amongst other crimes.  I just saw Tardif in court with Lauren Noether on 2/25/16.  Nice guy LOL.

Maybe it's just an error or something.  But if it's not, I'm thinking Investigator Richard Tracy and his bffl Homicide Prosecution Unit Assistant AG John J. Kennedy should be on the list as having discoverable information.
 

Let's ask Lauren Noether where the $11K is

Here's the customer's copy of the payment Lauren Noether's bffl Michael Bedard's clients allegedly paid on an $11K fine owed on a fine action issued by NH DES AF 12-008.

I asked for the accounting copies. The copies to show that the $7K had been paid in 2013. I get this.

Let's ask Lauren Noether where the $11K is, since she claimed in a letter addressed to me that they don't keep copies of checks. LOL.

Since when is the NH DOJ's Fax 603-271-6275??

For the Hell of it, I attempted to fax Lauren Noether's BFFL Investigator Richard Tracy, after I had seen this video of Richard Tracy serving a subpoena to Reporter James O'Keefe. The fax number on Richard Tracy's business card is not a fax number. I also called it, and I searched for it.

I even searched the fax number listed on the business card Investigator Tracy gave to O'Keefe on the NH DOJ website.  I also took a snapshot of the Facebook page where this biz card was seen. Uhm, no offense, but I'm wondering why the reporter didn't notice. Just sayin...I'm not a reporter. I just question everything.

Maybe Richard C. Tracy knows something. I ran into something similar with this Wetland's Permit he obtained in 2014. The signature of the Contractor and his signature.....I wasn't able to locate the Governor and Council approving the work to be done on Lake ....what's that lake?? Anywho, I've gone thru all the records, I didn't find it.

Maybe Michael Bedard, Robert Machain and Hugh McKissick would know. Two Well Completion Reports. Robert Machain signed his name on the fraudulent report he lied to the Judge about, and then he signed Hugh McKissick's name on the 2nd report. McKissick claims Robert Machain has a rubber stamp Robert Machain, in his handwriting has Hugh McKissick's name on a rubber stamp LOL

Why hasn't Lauren Noether been charged for her role in terrorizing a witness in a court case with Michael Bedard???

Especially what was happening to the Chartier's while she was getting all cozy with Michael Bedard when they were screwing Guay over.

WHY ELSE WOULD SHE PREVENT MICHAEL BEDARD FROM BEING CHARGED???

At least Robert Phillips will be charged for scamming the Chartiers for $12k.  Was it before, during or after Kevin Guay got screwed over by his own attorney??? When the Lauren Noether's star witness testified against Guay?? He then goes on to install a septic system that lasted TWO WHOLE DAYS.

First, they cover up the death threat

At the time I was emailing the NH AG's Office, and prior to the LURKING and former Sr. Asst. AG making sure she prevented Michael Bedard and Jerome Hill from being charged, I had heard the death threat against me when I transcribed the audio from the 10/24/13 Water Well Board Meeting. "Dead f*cking little c*nt."

NH AG's Office failed to even mention the death threat against me. It took 4 months to address it, half assed, in a letter last April 2015 from Homicide Prosecution Attorney John J. Kennedy.

The death threat is connected to Michael Bedard's clients and took place during a water well board meeting on 10/24/13. Audio record. 

Now, we have Lauren Noether's involvement in intimidation of a witness. Tsk tsk.

Here's an email from Asst. AG John J. Kennedy documenting that he was assigned a Public Integrity complaint before his appointment as Asst. AG took effect. The complaints were mailed in the beginning of August. Look who is cc'd.......Investigator Dick Tracy. They worked closely together on the Public Integrity complaint. Look at the email addresses. Dick Tracy's is all lowercase. Kennedy's is initial cap. But, at the bottom of this email, Kennedy's email address shows to be all lowercase too. Seems legit.

I questioned the validity of this and numerous other emails that appear to be from the AG's Office and from NH DES. I stood my ground these emails were not legit.  I was told "I was engaging in conspiracy theories."

I thought I was engaging in the email protocol set up. I thought it made sense that there'd be some sort of control over the content of emails Attorneys send from any AG's Office.

Looky, attorney above is assigned a Public Integrity complaint before he's an Asst. AG and the one below files in court after her term expired. What's the point of Appointing these people? What's the point of an expiration date for a term?? No one listens anyway. Lauren Noether's term expired on 8/31/15.

NH Sr. Asst. AG's involvement in a crime

On December 20, 2014 Attorney Michael Bedard and his "expert witness" showed up to take soil samples at my friend's property.  To my knowledge, the appointment was never confirmed. That part is completely irrelevant.  Jerome Hill showed up, and I allowed him to take the samples.

The events are documented by Attorney Michael Bedard and Jerome Hill. Although their stories to the police and then in a motion filed in court are inconsistent, there is a clear and convincing admission documented by them.

The beginning of December 2014, I had sent numerous emails stating I was in fear for my safety. Around the same time, I had been shoved from behind, and told to back off. I never got a look at this person.

Then December 20, 2014 happened. Jerome Hill knocked on the door. I allowed him to take the samples. I went back inside the house. There are security cameras around the property. The one in the front of the house, facing the road is where I spotted a 2nd person lurking behind the trees.

I went outside to see who it was LURKING, and it turned out to be Attorney Michael Bedard. I only saw Jerome Hill. So, why didn't Attorney Michael Bedard alert me to his presence prior to Jerome Hill taking the samples?

What's really alarming is Senior Assistant AG Lauren Noether's name appearing on the cover page of a court order on Michael Bedard's motion.

Her name involved prevented charges from being brought against Kevin Guay's former Defense Attorney. Who prosecuted Kevin Guay??

Michael Bedard's statements changed from "standing in the roadway" to "exiting the van after Hill started digging."  How about, the only time I noticed him was when he was LURKING behind the trees, and would make sense that's something that would cause me to "scream hysterically to get off the property." Considering I had just directly connected Michael Bedard's to Roland White's scamming consumers for over $300k.
